Who we are
Alkemija is a Business Studio from Zagreb. Our team consists of 8 people across the Region.
We speak the local languages and we are your people on the ground: we write to, call and visit companies on your behalf.

A Croatian company from Zagreb, distributor of professional solutions
The task: To find Italian and other foreign manufacturers whose lines the company can distribute in all countries of the Region: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
What we did
- We helped the company bring a new foreign brand to the Croatian market.
- When a distributor from Serbia enquired about distributing the same brand, we connected them with the company as an interested partner for Serbia.
- We presented the Italian line of cooling and water-mist systems that the company works with to Croatian companies in our offers.
- In our campaigns towards Italy we write to Italian manufacturers in Italian and look for those who need a partner for Croatia and the Region.
- We designed and sent a newsletter for their products for biological treatment plants and septic tanks, and refined it according to their comments.
Result
- The new foreign brand is present on the Croatian market.
- A contact with a distributor for Serbia has been opened.
- The Italian line has been presented to Croatian companies through our offers.
