Alkemija, Zagreb (Alen Duka, info@alkemija.hr), and the supplier named on the signature page.

Introduced buyers

Before the first contact, the introduced buyers are listed by name in a signed annex. Only those names count. A later buyer is added to the annex, by name, before anyone contacts them.

Fee

Alkemija receives the fee set out in the signed annex on the invoiced value of every order from those buyers, for 24 months from the first order. Alkemija invoices the fee per order. The supplier pays within 14 days.

Market Scan

The Market Scan is paid for separately. It belongs to the client. This agreement does not cover that payment and does not take the scan back.

Ending

Either side can end the representation with 30 days' written notice. The fee on buyers already named in the annex survives. It still runs for 24 months from each buyer's first order.

What the supplier reports

The supplier tells Alkemija when a named buyer orders, and states the invoiced value. The fee is calculated on that value.
